Sambourne Kitchens

About Us

Sambourne House Ltd  has over twenty years experience in kitchen design and construction, beginning with the production of bespoke fitted kitchens using reclaimed pine during the 1980’s. As fashions changed from stripped pine to painted pastel shades, Sambourne House developed an innovative kitchen concept, creating a middle ground between “off the shelf” and “bespoke” fitted kitchen units available in a comprehensive range of colours.

Our ethos

"We are passionate about our kitchens and employ the finest craftsmanship to ensure they are finished to the highest standards. Our customers come to us because they are confident they will receive an excellent personal service, based on our many years of design and installation experience. They also know from the research they undertake that our assembled cabinets represent excellent value compared with bespoke units, but without compromising on the quality and luxury of the finished product."

- Tim Cove, Managing Director

Why such Good Value for Money?

Units are hand-made in a variety of standard sizes, allowing multiples to be produced in the same time frame as one bespoke unit. This economical method enables the finished product to be extremely cost efficient. This is reflected in the average cost of cabinetry involved in a Sambourne Kitchen being only £10,000 as opposed to bespoke kitchens costing upwards of £20,000.
